Choose your Design

Choose how many teeth you would like and their placement. Ex. (6 on 6, 8 on 8, 6 bottom, 10 top). 

*We do require a minimum order of two teeth and they must be on the same row (top or bottom) to ensure fit. If you order two teeth apart from each on the same row we must connect them with bar to ensure proper fit. Ex. (Fangs).

Choose your base in either Silver or 10k Gold with Moissanite, CVD Lab Diamonds or Natural Diamonds.

Select options such as custom letters, colored stones, engravings, cuts and more.

When you click "Submit Order" you will be prompted to send us an email. Include your name, phone number and mailing address. Then list your design choice, base choice, and customizations in the email.

When we receive your order, a team member will contact you to provide you with your full estimate and payment options. You can either pay in full or pay a deposit of 50%. After you have made your payment we will send you an at-home molding kit and instruction on how to use it. After you have successfully completed your mold and sent it back to us, we will begin designing your one of a kind custom Grillz. In order to receive your completed Custom Grillz you must pay your remaining balance if any.
